[브레이크뉴스=이성용기자] BNK경남은행이 법원영업소 개점을 통해 ‘공탁금 전문은행’으로 한 발짝 더 나아간다.
BNK경남은행은 창원지방법원 통영지원 내(본관 1층)에 ‘통영지원영업소’를 개점했다고 7일 밝혔다.
통영지원영업소는 오는 2026년 12월 말까지 통영지원 공탁금ㆍ보관금 관리 업무를 전담한다.
특히 법원 관련 금융서비스 전문 인력 3명이 상주하며 민원인들의 업무를 원활하게 처리한다.
또 통영지원 인근 법조타운과 통영ㆍ거제ㆍ고성 지역민들에게도 각종 금융편의를 제공한다.
통영지원영업소 김태일 소장은 “영업소 개점을 통해 통영지원의 전담은행 역할을 충실히 수행하겠다. 뿐만 아니라 법원 업무 전문성을 발휘해 법원 민원인과 인근 지역민들에게 최상의 금융서비스를 제공하겠다”고 말했다.
한편 BNK경남은행은 지난해 11월 창원지방법원 관할 통영지원, 김해시법원, 거제시법원 공탁금 보관은행으로 신규 선정돼 총 8개 법원을 담당하고 있다.
7일부터 창원지방법원 관할 통영지원뿐만 아니라 김해시법원, 거제시법원 신규 공탁금 보관은행으로 업무를 수행하고 있다.
