브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 윤석열 국민의힘 대선 후보는 제20대 대통령 선거일인 9일 "현재 투표율이 기대에 미치지 못하고 있다. 투표율이 높지 않으면 결과를 장담할 수 없다"고 투표를 독려했다.
윤석열 후보는 이날 오후 자신의 페이스북에 "한 분이라도 투표를 포기하는 일이 없도록 주변 분들에게 적극적인 투표 독려를 부탁드린다"며 이같이 밝혔다.
윤 후보는 "국민 여러분께 호소드린다. 대선 투표 시간이 몇 시간 남지 않았다"며 "투표율 때문에 민의가 왜곡돼선 절대 안 된다. 지금 이 순간 국민 여러분의 한 표, 한 표가 너무나 절실하다"고 강조했다.
그는 이날 오전에도 "정권교체, 오직 투표를 통해서만 이루어질 수 있다"며 "투표하면 바뀐다. 투표하면 반드시 승리한다"고 독려했다.
한편, 오후 2시 기준 20대 대통령 선거의 투표율은 64.8%를 기록 중이다.
중앙선거관리위원회에 따르면 이날 오후 2시 기준 제20대 대선 전국 투표율은 사전투표와 재외국민·선상·거소투표의 투표 집계를 반영해 총 64.8%다. 이는 지난 19대 대선 동시간대(59.9%)보다 4.9%포인트 높은 수준이다.

In the morning that day, he said, "The regime change, it can only be achieved through voting," adding, "It changes when you vote. "If you vote, you will definitely win," he said.
Meanwhile, as of 2 p.m., the turnout for the 20th presidential election was 64.8%.
According to the National Election Commission, as of 2 p.m. that day, the national turnout for the 20th presidential election was 64.8% in total, reflecting the tally of pre-voting and overseas, onboard, and residence votes. This is 4.9% points higher than the same time (59.9%) of the 19th presidential election.
