[브레이크뉴스=이성용기자] BNK경남은행은 14일 ‘DSC(Digital Strategy Committee, 디지털전략위원회) 출범 선포식’을 개최하고 디지털전략위원회 출범을 통해 디지털전환에 한 발 더 나아간다.
본점 대강당과 실시간 화상서비스(ZOOM)를 병행, 이원방식으로 진행된 DSC 출범 선포식에는 위원장인 최홍영 은행장을 비롯해 경영진과 본부 부서장 30여명이 참석했다.
DSC 출범 선포식에서는 DSC 출범 배경과 향후 운영계획 등이 발표됐으며 태블릿PC와 디지털 전광판을 이용해 DSC 출범을 선포하는 행사가 진행됐다.
DSC는 DT(Digital Transformation)전략과제 실행의 컨트롤 타워 역할을 하기 위해 신설된 조직으로 전사적 DT사업의 체계적 추진과 새로운 디지털 아젠다를 발굴한다.
이를 위해 BNK경남은행은 기술과 문화를 두 축으로 디지털 전환 10대 과제와 41개 핵심 추진사업을 확정했으며 DSC를 통해 DT사업의 체계적 관리로 실행력과 속도감을 높여 나가기로 했다.
디지털 전환 10대 과제로는 ▲상품라인업ㆍ서비스 확대 ▲데이터 관리 체계 구축 ▲고객 맞춤형 Offer 제공 ▲일체형 상품ㆍ서비스 제공 ▲외부업체 제휴 강화 ▲디지털 신기술 발굴 등 6개 기술 부문과 ▲전행 DT 추진체계 구축 ▲디지털 평가체계 구축 ▲디지털 인재육성 ▲디지털 조직문화 정착 등 4개 문화 부문이 있다.
DSC 위원장인 최홍영 은행장은 “디지털 기술과 문화가 융합된 디지털 사업이 원활하게 추진될 수 있도록 DSC가 역할을 할 것이다. 은행장이 디지털전략을 직접 주관한다는 점에서 보다 속도감 있고 핵심적인 사업들이 추진될 것이다. 매월 DSC를 통해 점검하고 논의되는 디지털 사업들은 BNK경남은행의 디지털전환을 가속화시킬 수 있는 원동력이 될 것이다”고 말했다.
