브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 윤석열 대통령 당선인이 용산 국방부 청사로 대통령 집무실 옮기겠다는 계획을 막아달라는 청와대 국민청원에 28만명 이상이 동의했다.
21일 청와대 국민청원 홈페이지에 따르면 이날 오전 9시 50분 기준 윤 당선인의 용산 국방부 청사로의 집무실 이전 반대 청원 글에 총 28만8024명이 동의했다.
지난 17일 해당 청원이 처음 올라온지 사흘 만에 답변 기준을 충족했다. 청와대는 20만명 이상의 동의를 얻은 청원에 대해 담당 비서관이나 부처 장·차관 등을 통해 공식 입장을 밝히는 것을 원칙으로 하고 있다.
청원인은 "윤석열 당선인이 자기 만족을 위해서 본인 집무실을 만들겠다고, 국방부의 전문 시설과 시스템을 강압적으로 옮기게 만드는 것은 대한민국 국가 안보에 위해가 된다"면서 "국가 세금의 어머어마한 낭비를 초래하는 것이므로 강력히 규탄하며, 대한민국 국회에서 국방부의 일방적이고 강압적인 이전이 허락되지 않도록 막아주시기를 엄중히 청원한다"고 밝혔다.
이어 그는 "가뜩이나 위기 국면에 있는 대한민국의 민생, 경제, 방역에 대해 1000% 몰입해야 할 당선인이, 자신의 집무실과 관저를 위해 국민의 안전을 책임지는 부서를 강압적으로 무리하게 옮기라고 요구하고, 본인 집무실을 위해 국민 혈세 수 천억을 쓰겠다는 것에 대한민국 국민은 결사 반대한다"고 했다.
그러면서 "윤석열 당선인이 비어있는 건물을 찾든지 청와대 내 시설을 개조하든지 국민의 삶에 직접적인 피해가 안되는 방식을 찾아야 한다. 더 이상 국민의 안전을 위해하고 국민의 혈세를 낭비하고 시민들의 매일매일 일상을 5년간 불편하게 만드는 오만한 결정은 당장 멈추기를 강력하게 요구한다"고 덧붙였다.
한편 청와대 국민청원에는 지난 15일 '이명박 전 대통령 사면을 반대합니다'라는 제목으로 처음 올라온 청원글도 20만명 이상의 동의를 얻었다. 21일 현재 24만명을 넘어가고 있다.
해당 글의 청원인은 "박근혜 전 대통령 사면과는 달리 이 전 대통령은 건강상 문제가 따로 제기되지도 않고 있고, 이 전 대통령은 자신의 범죄행위에 대해서 국민에게 반성하는 태도 또한 보이지 않고 있다"며 "정치 개혁의 관점에서 이 전 대통령의 사면을 강력히 반대한다"고 주장했다.
이어 "전직 대통령이 수감되고 몇 년 지나지 않아 또 사면되는 이런 반복되는 악순환의 고리를 끊기 위해서는 정치부패 범죄에 관해서 관용없는 처벌이 집행돼야 한다"며 "봐주기식 온정주의적 사면을 해서는 안 된다"고 했다.

More than 280,000 people agreed to Cheong Wa Dae's petition to block President-elect Yoon Seok-yeol's plan to move his office to the Defense Ministry building in Yongsan.
According to Cheong Wa Dae's national petition website on the 21st, 288,024 people agreed to Yoon's petition against the relocation of his office to the Defense Ministry building in Yongsan as of 9:50 a.m. that day.
Three days after the petition was first posted on the 17th, it met the criteria for answer. In principle, Cheong Wa Dae should express its official position on petitions with more than 200,000 consent through secretaries in charge, ministers, and vice ministers.
The petitioner said, "It is a harm to the national security of the Republic of Korea to force Yoon Seok-yeol to create his office for self-satisfaction," adding, "I strongly condemn it because it causes a huge waste of national taxes and strongly petition the Korean National Assembly to prevent unilateral and coercive transfers."
He then said, "The elected person, who is already in crisis, demands that the department responsible for the safety of the people be forcibly moved for his office and official residence, and the Korean people are opposed to spending hundreds of billions of won in taxpayers' money."
In the meantime, "Yoon Seok-yeol should find a way to avoid direct damage to the lives of the people, whether he finds an empty building or renovating facilities in the Blue House. We strongly urge them to stop making arrogant decisions for the safety of the people, wasting taxpayers' money, and making citizens' daily lives uncomfortable for five years."
Meanwhile, more than 200,000 people also agreed to the petition first posted on the 15th under the title "I oppose the pardon of former President Lee Myung Bak." As of July 21, the number has exceeded 240,000.
Unlike former President Park Geun Hye's pardon, former President Lee does not raise any health issues, and former President Lee does not reflect on his criminal activities, the petitioner said. "I strongly oppose former President Lee's pardon from the perspective of political reform."
"In order to break this vicious cycle of repeated pardons within a few years of the former president's imprisonment, intolerable punishment for political corruption crimes must be executed," he said adding, "We should not give lenient pardons."
