24일은 홍남표 국민의힘 창원시장 예비후보와 함께 간담회를 가지고 창원시 발전에 대한 전반적인 생각을 들어보는 시간을 가졌다.
홍남표 예비후보는 먼저 “과거 산업화 시절의 성장과 달리 정체된 창원의 산업에 활력을 넣고, 시민의 삶의 질을 높이기 위해 출마했다.”고 출마동기를 밝혔다.
이어 “마산에서 고등학교를 나오고 서울에서 대학 재학 중 기술고등시험에 합격한 이후 줄곧 과학기술과 정보통신에 관련된 분야에서 근무를 했다. 우리가 무엇을 먹고 살 것인지를 기획하고 그에 맞는 예산을 배정하는 일이었다”며 이력을 밝혔다.
