세종시의회가 의원 의정활동 지원의 전문성 강화를 위해 정책지원관을 공개 채용한다.
이번 채용은 ‘지방자치법’ 전부 개정에 따라 지방의회 의원들의 의정활동을 지원할 정책지원관 도입이 가능하게 된 데 따른 것으로 올해는 의원정수의 1/4인 4명을 채용할 수 있다.
정책지원관은 조례 제?개정, 폐지 등 의원 입법활동, 행정사무 감사?조사, 서류제출 요구 관련 자료수집?분석 등 의회의 의결사항과 관련된 의정 지원업무를 맡게 된다.
응시원서 접수기간은 이달 19일에서 21일까지이고, 서류전형 및 면접시험을 거쳐 최종 합격하면 일반임기제 6급 상당의 공무원으로 근무하게 된다.
근무기간은 2년이며 근무실적이 우수할 경우 관련 법령이 정하는 바에 따라 계약을 연장할 수 있다.
응시자격은 20세 이상인 자로서 근무경력 기준이 △학사학위 취득 후 3년 이상 관련분야 실무경력 △5년 이상 관련분야 실무경력 △7급(또는 7급 상당) 이상의 공무원으로 2년 이상 관련분야 실무경력이 있는 사람으로 이 중 하나 이상 충족하면 지원이 가능하다.
