송명석 세종시 교육감예비후보는 12일 선거 사무실에서 두 번째 화요정책 발표회를 개최했다.
이날 송 예비후보는 교육복지 및 학생안전에 관한 정책을 공약으로 내놨다. 먼저 교육복지로는 ▲대학 등록금과 기숙사비 지원(결손가정, 취약가정 우선 지원) ▲수학 여행비 지원, 통합적인 다문화 교육 실행 ▲청각 장애인 학생 구직 ▲생활 시스템 환경구축 등을 제시했다.
그는 안전 테마파크를 확충, 보완 실시해 ▲교통안전 체험과 응급처치 교육 ▲대중교통 안전 체험 ▲심폐소생술 교육 등을 약속했다.
또 방과 후 통합 ‘케어센터’를 설립해 ▲방과 후 돌봄 바우처 실시, ▲발달장애 케어, ▲학교 사회복지사 배치, ▲비아-에듀(VIAEDU) & 케어 센터와 연계하는 등의 정책을 펼쳤다.
이와함께 ◆ 세종 청소년 진로 교육센터를 설립해 ▲테듀 헬스케어(TEDU HEALTHCARE) 운영, ▲드림케어(DREAMCARE) 프로그램 운영 ▲심리 상담센터 ‘헬로스마일(HELLOSMILE)’ 운영 ▲세종형 심리상담 & 영재 코칭 센터 운영 등의 비전을 선보였다.
한편 ,송 예비후보는 “학력신장”을 최우선 과제로 삼으며 “전교조 이념교육을 반대”하고 절대 평가를 전제로 하는 “학력평가 부활”을 케치프레이즈로 정했다. 다음 세 번째 정책발표회는 4월 19일 화요일 오후 2시에 동일한 장소에서 열린다.
