충남도가 입주 후 두 자녀 출산 시 임대료를 내지 않고 거주할 수 있는 ‘충남형 더 행복한 주택’ 업그레이드 버전을 내놨다. 신혼부부 등이 선호하는 더 넓고 편리한 아파트 4000호를 추가 건설해 공급한다는 계획이다.

브랜드명이 ‘충남 꿈비채’인 충남형 더 행복한 주택은 주거비 부담이 적은 주택 공급을 통한 결혼 및 출산 친화적 환경 조성을 위해 도가 2018년 하반기부터 중점 추진하고 있는 저출산 극복 핵심 사업 중 하나다.
충남형 행복한 주택 2.0은 금산읍 상옥리 100호 첫 사업을 시작으로, 2026년까지 도내 전 시군 대상 공동주택 4000호 건설?공급을 목표로 설정했다. 신혼부부 2000호(청년 200호 포함), 충남개발공사에서 공공분양사업과 병행해 공급하는 소셜믹스 1500호(신혼부부), 고령자 500호 등이다.
