[브레이크뉴스=이성용기자] 창원산업진흥원은 지난 12일 창원시 창업지원센터 세미나실에서 방산 등 (예비)기술창업자 및 창업지원 유관기관 관계자 등 37명이 참석한 가운데 ‘제1기 창창 기술창업아카데미’ 개강식을 개최했다.
‘창창 기술창업아카데미’는 지역경제의 미래 일자리를 창출할 수 있는 방산 등 미래혁신산업의 기반이 되는 혁신적인 기술창업 아이디어를 보유한 (예비)기술창업자에게 비즈니스 모델 정립과 사업계획 도출 등의 체계적인 지원을 통해 지속 성장이 가능한 기술창업기업을 육성하기 위하여 창원시와 국방기술진흥연구소가 주최하고 창원산업진흥원과 창원시 창업지원센터가 주관하여 추진하는 사업이다.
‘창창 기술창업아카데미’는 선발된 20명의 (예비)기술창업자를 대상으로 창업기업 성장 단계와 무관한 단편적이고 획일적인 창업이론 교육에서 벗어나 (예비)기술창업자가 지닌 경험 부족과 주요 이슈들에 대해 역동적으로 대응할 수 있도록 문제해결능력 향상형 교육으로 운영된다. 또한 1대1 전담 멘토제를 통해 창업자의 사업 역량과 사업아이템의 보완점을 도출한 후, 사업계획서 및 비즈니스모델을 구체화시키고자 한다.
향후 기본 교육 및 멘토링을 통해 개발된 사업계획서를 발표하고 우수 기술창업자에게는 최대 7백만원의 사업화자금이 차등 지원되며, 발표된 사업계획서를 기초자료로 활용하여 심화교육 및 사후 멘토링(피드백)을 통해 사업계획서 및 비즈니스모델을 고도화시켜 지역경제의 신성장 동력이 될 수 있는 기술창업기업으로 육성하고자 한다.
백정한 원장은 “우수한 기술창업기업을 발굴하여 육성하는 것은 지역경제 활성화에 반드시 필요한 일”이라며 “진흥원이 보유하고 있는 다양한 인적·물적 자원을 아낌없이 지원하여 여러분의 성공 창업을 적극적으로 돕겠다” 고 말했다.
