고양시는 오는 15일 오후 1시부터 3시까지 두 시간 동안 여름철 수해 대비 시설물 안전점검을 위해 자유로(난지물재생센터 앞) 육갑문을 부분통제 한다고 밝혔다.
시는 한강 홍수위에 따라 개폐하는 육갑문 지하차도(난지물재생센터 앞)의 2차선 중 1차선씩 교차 통제할 예정이다.

시는 인천공항고속도로에서 일산방향의 운전자와 자유로 서울방향에서 일산·파주로 유턴하려는 운전자들은 주의해달라고 당부했다.
이번 점검은 최근 몇 년간 여름철 기상이변 등으로 집중호우, 태풍 등 수해가 늘어나는 상황에서 신속한 사전대비 태세 강화를 위한 방재시설의 집중점검의 일환이다.
