화성시는 대한민국의 환경운동 선각자 겸 맨발의 사나이 조승환씨를 초청하여 ‘얼음 위 오래 서 있기’ 세계 신기록 도전과 함께 ‘지구의 날’ 기념행사를 화성시립 반석산 에코스쿨에서 23일 개최됐다.
