최교진 예비후보, 세종학교비정규직연대회의와 정책 협약식

최교진 세종시교육감 예비후보가 세종학교비정규직연대회의와 정책협약식을 진행했다.

11일 오후 5시에 대평동 선거사무소에서 열린 정책협약식에는 최교진 예비후보 측에서 최교진 예비후보와 가명현 상임선대위원장이 참석했다.

세종학교비정규직연대회의 측에서는 전국학교비정규직노동조합 위원장 박미향, 세종지부장 강현옥, 전국공공운수사회서비스노동조합 전국교육공무직본부 본부장 이윤희, 세종지부장 박주남, 전국 여성노동조합 위원장 최순임등이 참석했다.

이날 최 예비후보는 “교육수도 완성을 위해 세종교육공동체의 일원인 공무직들과의 협력이 필수적이다.”라고 말하며, “앞으로도 학교 공무직들과의 소통과 협력을 강화하겠다.”고 밝혔다.

전국학교비정규직노동조합 박미향 위원장은 “그동안 학교 노동자를 위해 애써온 최 후보의 진심을 안다.”며 “이번 선거에서도 꼭 승리해 학교 노동현장 여건 개선에 애써주길 바란다.”고 밝혔다.

이날 협약식에서 양측은 ‘학교비정규직 법제화와 임금체계 개편으로 모범적인 노사관계를 구축한다.’는 합의안을 비롯하여 총 25개 세부 항목에 동의했다.
