대전시공무원노조 정책질의에 허태정 후보만 답변...

지방선거 투표일이 3일 앞으로 다가온 가운데 대전시청공무원노동조합(이하 노조)이 허태정 후보와 이장우 후보에게 전달한 정책질의에 대해 허태정 후보만 답변을 한 것으로 확인됐다.

노조는 지난 5월 16일 두 후보에게 13개 항목의 정책질의를 하면서 5월 23일까지 답변을 요청 했다.

하지만 노조의 정책질의에 허태정 후보만 답변을 해왔고 이장우 후보는 답변을 하지 않은 것으로 확인됐다.

노조는 이같은 사실을 노조 홈페이지 공지사항에 게시하고 노조원들이 확인을 할 수 있도록 했다.

노조가 두 후보에게 질의한 내용을 보면 '시청사 별관 신축과 시청사내 입주한 유관기관 외부이전에 대한 견해'를 시작으로 '국회 정책연수 지원확대와 코로나19에 따른 포상휴가 부여에 대한 의견' 등 13개 항목이다

노조의 질의에 답변을 한 허태정 후보는 시청사 별관신축 등과 관련한 질문에 유휴부지를 활용한 별관 신축 또는 행정재산 매입 을을 통해 시청사내 입주기관을 이전 시키겠다는 답변을 했고, 노조의 관심사항인 '인사의 투명성을 위한 노동조합 추천인사를 인사위원으로 선입하는 방안에 대한 질문에는 "노동조합 추천의 인사위원 임명은 필요하다고 생각하며,노동조합의 인사위원 추천에 찬성한다"는 입장을 보였다.

허 후보는 또 '시.구 인사교류에서 승진자의 강제전출에 대한 생각과 향후 시.구 인사교류에 대한 입장'과 관련된 질문에는 인사교류에 대한 불합리한 부분을 개선하고 구에서 경험을 쌓고 시로 올수 있도록 인사교류를 개선하고, 교류는 유지하되 합리적인 방안을 노조와 상의하겠다"고 답했다.

한편 두 명의 후보에게 정책질의를 했으나 한 명만이 답변을 해온것에 대해 대전시 공무원 A씨는 "선거를 통해 선택을 받아야 하는 후보자가 어떤 사정이 있는지는 모르나 노조의 정책질의에 답변을 하지 않은 것은 노조원을 떠나 유권자로서 이해가 되지 않는다"고 조심스럽게 답했다.
