고양시가 도보관광코스와 자전거 코스 확대를 위해 지역 관광자원을 연계한 ‘평화자전거, 지역 속으로 스며들다’ 프로그램을 추진한다.
6월부터 11월까지 운영되는 이번 프로그램은 아름다운 자연 경관을 갖추고 있지만 대중적으로 덜 알려진 대덕생태공원과 고양한강평화공원 두 개 코스를 집중 탐방한다.

특히 고양시티투어 프로그램과 연계해 참가자에게 교통 편의를 제공하고 고양관광정보센터의 시민참여 체험프로그램과 더불어 고양시 관광특구를 돌아볼 수 있는 코스로 진행할 예정이다.
시 관계자는“자연과 생태를 담은 새로운 관광프로그램이 아름다운 자연 경관을 돌아보며 코로나19로 지친 시민의 마음을 치유하고 알려지지 않은 고양시의 관광지를 알리는 좋은 계기가 될 것”이라고 말했다.
프로그램에 참가를 희망하는 시민은 고양시티투어 홈페이지를 통해 신청하면 된다. 참가비는 성인 기준 4,000원이다. 자세한 사항 문의는 고양시 관광과로 하면 된다.
