브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 조원진 우리공화당 대표는 9일 문재인 전 대통령 사저 앞 시위에 맞서 윤석열 대통령 자택 앞에서 보복시위를 하겠다고 한 ‘서울의소리’측의 주장에 대해 강력 반발했다.
조원진 우리공화당 대표는 이날 보도자료를 내고 "백은종 서울의소리 대표가 박근혜 대통령 사저 앞에서 집회 신고를 했더니 우리공화당 조원진 대표에게 연락이 왔다면서 ‘조원진 대표가 지금 양산에서 패륜집회를 하는 사람 중에 박근혜 지지자는 없다. 전부 윤석열 지지자다’라고 말했다는 내용은 허위사실"이라고 주장했다.
조 대표는 "서울의소리 측에서 먼저 내게 전화를 했으며 저는 통화 중 패륜집회, 정치깡패 등의 말을 한 적이 없다"고 강조했다.
이어 그는 "백은종 대표가 달성사저 맞불집회를 운운하길래 제가 당의 공개회의에서 ‘달성 사저에 오지말라’고 강력하게 경고한 적이 있다. 이후 서울의소리측에서 화가 난듯한 목소리로 전화가 왔다"며 "이에 저는 문재인 전 대통령 사저 앞 시위는 우리공화당과 박근혜 전 대통령과는 전혀 상관이 없다. 문재인 전 대통령 사저 집회에 박근혜 대통령 지지자들은 없다고만 말했다. 패륜집회, 정치깡패라고 서울의소리측 말한 적이 결코 없다"고 했다.
