고양시(시장 이동환)는 원당?능곡 재정비사업지구(이하 일반정비 사업지구 포함) 토지거래허가구역이 오는 7월 4일자로 해제된다고 밝혔다.
이번에 해제되는 면적은 원당?능곡을 포함한 재정비사업지구 0.647㎢와 일반정비사업지구 0.046㎢이다.
원당?능곡 재정비사업지구는 2020년 7월 4일부터 2022년 7월 3일까지 토지거래허가구역으로 지정되었으나 관내 지역주민의 의견을 경기도에 전달하고 긴밀하게 협의한 결과 고양시의 의견과 같이 토지거래허가구역 해제가 결정된 것이다.

시 관계자는 “앞으로도 토지거래허가 상시 모니터링을 실시하여 주민 불편이 야기되는 지역 중에서 지정 해제가 필요한 지역을 면밀히 검토해 합리적으로 조정할 계획이다”라고 말했다.
