재산세 납세의무자는 과세기준일(매년 6월 1일) 현재 주택, 건축물, 선박 등의 소유자이므로 보유기간에 관계없이 6월 1일 현재 소유자에게 해당 연도의 재산세가 전액 과세된다.
이번 7월 정기분 재산세의 납부기한은 오는 8월 1일까지며, 고지서를 받지 못했거나 분실한 경우에는 시청 세무과 또는 읍·면사무소, 동 행정복지센터에서 재발급 받을 수 있다.
