파주시는 오는 17일부터 10월 31일까지 운정호수공원 음악분수를 운영한다고 밝혔다.
운정호수공원 야간 음악분수대 설치는 소리천·운정호수공원 친수공간 조성사업의 일환으로 추진했으며, 총사업비 40억원을 들여 길이 72m, 폭 12m, 물줄기 최대 50m 높이의 음악분수대를 설치했다.

음악분수대는 음향설비와 워터스크린을 활용한 다양한 퍼포먼스를 연출하고, 물과 빛, 음악이 어우러져 시민들에게 색다른 볼거리를 제공할 것으로 보인다.
공연은 시설 점검일인 월요일을 제외하고 매일 야간에 20분씩 두 차례 공연할 예정이며, 기상 상황에 따라 달라질 수 있다.
공연 시간은 8월에는 8:30~8:50, 9:00~9:20에, 9월과 10월에는 8:00~8:20, 8:30~8:50에 진행한다.
