이날 참배는 김경일 파주시장과 박정 국회의원, 이건영 광복회 파주시지회장 및 광복회원, 도의원, 시의원 등 30여 명의 최소 인원만 참석한 가운데 순국선열과 호국영령에 대한 묵념, 헌화 및 분향, 만세삼창 순으로 진행됐다.
