[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 창원특례시는 16일 동전일반산단에 입주예정인 청년기업 6개사와 투자금액 총 389억 원, 신규 고용 136명 규모의 투자협약을 체결했다.
협약식에는 홍남표 창원특례시장, ㈜동경플라텍 박근수 이사, ㈜동서기전 김연규 대표, ㈜국성 박정명 대표, ㈜ 안국 김기현 대표, 더원위드텍 박지영 대표, 금영철강 이정석 대표 등 관계자 10여명이 참석했다.
이번 협약을 통해 투자기업은 적극적인 투자 이행과 고용 창출을, 시는 기업투자 실현에 필요한 다양한 행·재정지원을 각각 약속했다.
협약기업 중 ㈜동경플라텍은 함안, ㈜국성 및 금영철강은 김해에서 동전산단으로 증설 이전을 결정했고, ㈜동서기전, ㈜안국, 더원위드텍 등 관내 3사는 사업장을 확장 이전한다.
기업별 투자 내용으로 자동차 부품을 생산하는 ㈜동경플라텍은 고객사 수주 물량에 대응하기 위해 함안 소재 사업장을 동전산단으로 확장 이전해 106억 원을 투자하고 57명의 신규 인력을 고용한다.
㈜동서기전은 협력사 생산라인 확대 및 물량증가에 대비 자동화 기계 부속품 제조시설 증설 투자를 결정, 97억 원을 투자하고 45명을 고용할 계획이다.

특히 이번 투자를 결정한 6개 기업의 대표는 모두 30~40대 청년으로, 장기적인 안목과 열정으로 인적자원과 산업인프라가 우수한 창원에 확장 투자를 결정했다.
