브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 북한이 윤석열 대통령이 제시한 대북정책인 '담대한 구상'에 대해 "허망한 꿈을 꾸지 말라"며 맹비난했다.
19일 조선중앙통신은 김여정 조선노동당 중앙위원회 부부장 명의 담화를 통해 "할 말이 없었거나 또 하나마나한 헛소리를 했을 바엔 차라리 입을 다물고 있는 편이 체면 유지에 더 이로웠을 것"이라며 이같이 밝혔다.
김 부부장은 담대한 구상에 대해 "검푸른 대양을 말려 뽕밭을 만들어 보겠다는 것만큼이나 실현과 동떨어진 어리석음의 극치"라며 "새로운 것이 아니라 10여 년 전 동족 대결 산물로 버림받은 비핵·개방 3000의 복사판"이라고 지적했다.
이어 "북이 비핵화 조치를 취한다면이란 가정부터가 잘못된 전제라는 걸 알기나 하는지 모르겠다"며 "우리의 국체인 핵을 경제 협력 같은 물건 짝과 바꿔보겠단 발상이 윤석열의 꿈이고 희망이고 구상이라 생각하니 천진스럽고 아직 어리긴 어리구나하는 것을 느꼈다"고 비난했다.
그는 "어느 누가 자기 운명을 강낭떡 따위와 바꾸자고 하겠나"라며 "아직 판돈을 더 내면 우리 핵을 어째볼 수 있지 않겠는가 부질없는 망상에 사로잡혀 있는 자들에게 보내줄 건 쓰거운 경멸 뿐"이라고 꼬집었다.
그러면서 "오늘은 담대한 구상을 운운하고 내일은 북침 전쟁 연습을 강행하는 파렴치한이 다름 아닌 윤석열 그 위인이다. 제발 좀 서로 의식하지 말며 살았으면 하는 게 간절한 소원"이라고 덧붙였다.
김여정 부부장은 아울러 "남조선(한국) 당국의 대북정책 평가에 앞서 우린 윤석열 그 인간 자체가 싫다"며 "담대한 구상으로도 안 된다고 앞으로 또 무슨 요란한 구상으로 문을 두드리겠는지 모르겠으나 우린 절대 상대해주지 않을 것임을 분명히 밝혀둔다"고 했다.
그는 또한 지난 17일 발사한 순항미사일과 관련해서도 남한을 비난했다. 우리 군은 17일 새벽 북한이 평남 온천군 일대에서 순항미사일 2발을 발사했다고 밝혔다.
이에 대해 김여정 부부장은 "참으로 안됐지만 하루 전 진행한 우리의 무기 시험 발사 지점은 남조선 당국이 서투르고 입빠르게 발표한 온천 일대가 아니라 평남 안주시 금성다리였음을 밝힌다"며 "늘상 한미 사이 긴밀한 공조 하 추적 감시와 확고한 대비태세란 말을 입버릇처럼 외우던 사람들이 어째서 발사 시간과 지점 하나 제대로 밝히지 못하는지, 무기 체계 제원은 왜 공개 못하는지 참으로 궁금해진다"고 깎아내렸다.
