파주시는 지난 18일 조직진단 연구용역 최종보고회를 개최했다고 밝혔다.
민선8기 효율적인 조직개편 준비의 일환으로 진행된 이번 조직진단 용역은 지난 5월부터 자체진단과 전문 연구용역을 병행해 수행했다.
이번 최종보고회에서 용역사는 민선8기 시정 컨트롤타워 역할을 할 시장 직속 보좌조직을 강화할 것을 제안하는 한편, 개발행위, 건축, 산지, 농지 등으로 흩어져 있던 토지개발 관련 인허가 부서를 일원화한 허가과 편제를 제안했다.
