경남도, 신혼부부 주택 구입 대출이자 지원

[브레이크뉴스=이성용기자] 경상남도는 24일 민선8기 도정과제 중의 하나인 ‘신혼부부 주택구입 대출이자 지원사업’을 시행한다고 밝혔다.

경남에 사는 신혼부부의 주거에 대한 경제적 부담을 덜고 지역 내 장기거주 유도를 위해 올해 첫 시행하는 사업으로 지난 2회 추경에서 사업비 6억 원을 확보했다.

신청자격은 경상남도에 주택을 구입하여 살고있는 신혼부부(혼인신고 후 5년 이내)로서 부부합산 연 소득 8,000만 원 이하이다.

주택기준은 혼인신고일 이후에 구입한 주택으로 전용면적 85m2 이하(읍·면지역 100m2 이하)면서 주택가격 4억 원 이하(매매 계약서 기준) 단독주택 또는 공동주택, 주거용 오피스텔이다.

지원금액은 상반기 주택 구입 대출이자 납입금액에 대해 최대 75만원, 연 최대 150만 원이다. 요건 충족 시 최장 5년까지 지원한다.
