(사)한국숲사랑총연합회 경기지역본부가 전라북도 진안군 마이산에서 산불예방 캠페인을 가졌다.
25일 한국숲사랑 경기지역본부에 따르면 그동안 코로나19와 지방선거에 따른 활동자재로 최근, 올해 들어서 두 번째 봉사활동을 가졌다.
이에 김필례 경기지역 총재를 비롯해 김석진 수석부총재, 조금복 사무총장, 고양시의원인 김미경 여성회장, 정형배 산림보호회장 등 고양시와 경기지역 회원 40여명이 참석했다.

이날 40여명의 회원들은 전세버스를 타고 마이산에 도착한 이후 산림보호와 산불예방 캠페인을 펼쳤다.
또 임업용 산지 경영에 대한 교육과 함께 한국숲사랑 전북지역 박태흥 총재가 운영하는 약초밭 탐방 견학에 나서기도 했다.
한편 한국숲사랑총연합회 경기지역은 중앙에 이어 2019년4월 자연보호와 산림 숲 사랑 운동을 통해 국화인 무궁화를 심고 가꾸는 단체로 창립했다.
이 단체는 매년 무궁화 식재와 함께 자연정화활동, 산불방지캠페인, 성금모금활동, 사회취약계층을 위한 연탄배달봉사, 장애우 복지시설격려방문 등 다양한 사회적 활동도 병행하고 있다.
김필례 총재는 “회원들과 함께하는 봉사활동은 언제나 즐겁다”며“봉사도 하고 추억도 남기는 뜻 깊은 활동을 이어 나갈 것”이라고 말했다. [고양=박정호기자]
