[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 창원특례시는 29일 한국산업인력공단 주최로 열린 2022 EPS 컨퍼런스 행사에서 창원 알리기와 외국인 우수인력 확보를 위한 적극적인 행보에 나섰다고 밝혔다.

고용허가제(EPS)는 내국인을 구하지 못한 중소기업이 정부로부터 고용허가서를 발급받아 합법적으로 비전문 외국인력을 고용할 수 있는 제도로 외국인력 송출국가와 지방자치단체 간 상호 교류?협력을 위해 2016년부터 매년 컨퍼런스를 개최하고 있다.
