고양시가 ‘2022 찾아가는 청렴간담회’를 마무리했다고 30일 밝혔다.
청렴간담회는 고양시가 청렴 1등급 도약을 위해 새롭게 추진한 특수시책으로, 8월 1일부터 45개 부서를 대상으로 추진됐다.
고양시는 찾아가는 청렴간담회를 통해 외부청렴도 주요부서 및 인허가, 제·세정 분야 각 부서를 방문하여 2021년도 청렴도 결과를 공유하고 청렴도 취약 분야에 대응한 맞춤형 청렴시책을 논의했다.
특히 내부청렴도 인식 개선을 위해 관련 법령 교육을 실시하고 반부패에 대한 관심 유도, 청렴의식 향상을 위한 활동을 진행했다.

주요 활동 내용은 △부당한 예산집행, 갑질행위 등 부패관행 개선 의견청취 △부패행위신고 창구 익명성 보장 안내 △공익제보·부패신고 보호조치 강화 홍보 △음주운전 예방 등 복무규정 준수 철저 당부 △이해충돌방지법, 공공재정환수법 안내 등이다.
청렴간담회에 참여한 직원은 “부서별 맞춤형 청렴간담회를 통해 이해충돌방지법 등 새롭게 제정된 법령에 대해 알게 됐다”고 말했다.
시 관계자는 “부서의 많은 관심과 참여로 장기간 진행된 청렴간담회를 마무리 할 수 있었다”며, “앞으로도 각 부서 직원들과의 소통을 강화해 청렴 공감대를 형성할 수 있는 기회를 마련하고, 부패취약분야를 중점 관리함으로써 청렴마인드 및 부패경각심을 고취하겠다”고 밝혔다. [고양=박정호기자]
