(재)고양국제꽃박람회(이사장 이동환)는 지난 8일, 고양시청 평화누리실에서 열린 협약식에서 KUKKA·고양시화훼연합회와 화훼 소비문화 가치공유와 고양시 화훼 산업 경쟁력 제고를 위한 상생협력 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 밝혔다.

KUKKA(이하 꾸까)는 국내 최대 플라워 온라인커머스로 일상 속 꽃 문화를 만들어 나가는 플라워 브랜드이다.
꾸까는 대한민국 화훼 유통, 문화, 교육, 체험, 전시 콘텐츠의 상호 협력을 지원하고 2022고양가을꽃축제를 시작으로 다양한 화훼 상품 개발, 화훼 산업 R&D, 온·오프라인 공동 홍보 마케팅 등의 내용으로 업무 협약을 체결하였다.

꽃박람회 재단은 업무 협약 체결 전날인 7일, 꾸까와 고양시 장미 농가 3곳과 고양시장미산지유통센터를 방문하여 농가 홍보와 온라인 판로 개척을 위한 상호 교류 방향에 대한 간담회 시간을 가졌다.
MOU 체결 협약식에 참여한 꾸까 박춘화 대표는 “꽃박람회재단과 활발한 교류를 통해 대한민국 화훼 유통 산업 발전과 문화 사업 교류에 기여하겠다.”라고 말했다.
