파주시는 9월 14일과 15일 공무원 200여 명을 대상으로 2022년 홍보물 성별영향평가 교육을 실시했다.
홍보물 성별영향평가 교육은 공무원이 정부홍보물 제작 시 홍보물에 성역할 고정관념이나 성차별적 요소 여부를 사전에 점검할 수 있는 역량을 강화하고자 실시됐다.

이번 교육은 강의와 토론의 형식으로 진행됐으며, 손영숙 젠더코칭 대표가 강사로 나서 홍보물 제작 시 공무원이 가져야 할 성인지 관점에 대해 강의했다.
또한 기존에 제작된 홍보물 사례를 중심으로 성역할 고정관념 및 편견, 성차별적 표현?비하?외모지상주의, 폭력에 대한 왜곡된 시각, 가족에 대한 고정관념?편견, 성별 대표성 불균형 등의 포함 여부에 대해 조별 토론을 실시했다.
