충남도, 공동주택 종사자 권익 보호 방안 마련

충남도는 22일 도청 대회의실에서 공동주택 종사자의 노동 환경 개선 및 고용 안정을 위한 ‘공동주택 종사자 권익 보호 방안 마련 정책 토론회’를 개최했다.

이번 정책 토론회는 제1차 공동주택 종사 노동자의 권익 보호를 위한 상생 협약의 성과를 바탕으로 입주민과 종사자의 상생을 통한 공동체 문화 확산을 도모하고자 마련했다.

충남도와 시군 업무 담당자, 대전지방고용노동청, 충남경비노동자협의회, 충남주택관리사협회, 시군 입주자 대표 등 60여 명이 참석한 가운데 연 이번 토론회는 주제 발표, 전체 토론 순으로 진행했다.

이날 토론회에서는 △최근 법 개정에 따른 공동주택 종사자 근로조건 보호 △도내 공동주택 종사 노동자 권리 보호를 위한 정책 방안 등의 주제 발표가 이뤄졌다.

충남도는 이번 토론회를 통해 수렴한 여러 의견을 바탕으로 변화된 환경에 발맞춰 도내 공동주택 종사자 노동 조건을 개선하고 고용 안정성을 향상할 계획이다.

또 입주민과 종사자 간 공동체 문화가 형성될 수 있도록 상생 정책을 발굴하고 지역사회의 실천과제를 마련할 방침이다.

아울러 공동주택 종사자의 권리를 실질적으로 보호하고 업무상 사고나 질병 등 산업 재해를 예방하는 방향의 정책 마련에도 힘쓸 예정이다.
