이의신청 대상 개별주택은 올해 1월 1일부터 5월 31일 사이에 토지의 분할·합병, 건물의 신·증축 등이 발생한 단독주택으로 의창구 260호, 성산구 42호, 마산합포구 210호, 마산회원구 38호, 진해구 60호로 창원시 전체 610호가 산정대상이다.
개별주택가격은 주택 소재지 구청 세무과 또는 읍·면·동 행정복지센터에서 열람할 수 있으며, 창원시 홈페이지(www.changwon.go.kr)에서도 가격 열람이 가능하다. 주택가격에 대해 이의가 있는 주택 소유자와 이해관계인은 이의신청 기간 내 주택 소재지 구청 세무과와 읍·면·동 행정복지센터에 이의신청서를 제출해야 한다.
