[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 경상남도의회 의원 연구단체인 경남농업미래포럼연구회는 27일 경상남도의회 대회의실에서 포괄적·점진적 환태평양경제동반자협정(CPTPP) 체결 대비 경상남도 농·축·수산업 피해에 대한 분석과 대책을 마련하기 위해 토론회를 가졌다.
포괄적·점진적 환태평양경제동반자협정(CPTPP)은 트럼프 행정부의 TPP 참여 철회 이후 2018년 12월 31일 일본주도로 아시아·태평양 11개국이 참여하여 맺은 협정으로 정부도 경제적 파급효과와 국제관계의 전략적 가치를 고려해 CPTPP 가입 움직임을 보이고 있다.

이어 경상대학교 김윤식 교수가 좌장을 맡은 가운데 경상남도의회 경제환경위원회 김일수 위원장, 경상남도 농정국 정연상 국장, 경상남도 농업기술원 정찬식 원장, 경상남도의회 권두현 정책지원관이 토론을 이어갔다.
한편, 한국농업경영인 경남도연합회, 한국수산산업경영인 경남도연합회, 전국한우협회 부산경남도지회 등 도내 많은 농축수산업 단체에서도 토론회에 참석해 의견을 공유했다.
