[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 창원특례시는 29일 오후 그랜드 머큐어 앰배서더 창원에서 청년 사업가들과 소통의 시간을 갖고 청년의 목소리를 살폈다.
이 자리는 청년 기업가, 소상공인, 전문직 종사자로 구성된 ‘창원시 청년 사업가 포럼’ 회원 70여명이 참석한 ‘창원 청년 사업가 네트워크 데이’ 행사 초청으로 진행됐다.
이날 소통의 시간에서는 청년들의 가장 중요한 삶의 문제인 결혼, 출산, 육아의 문제부터 창업에 도전하는 청년, 어렵게 기술개발에 성공해 특허 및 여러 인증을 받은 청년사업가 지원 등 다양한 대화를 나눴다.
시는 결혼, 임신, 출산, 육아 등에 다양한 지원과 함께 기술창업을 위한 창업지원센터 운영 및 청년기술창업수당을 지원하고 기업의 신기술에 대한 성능인증 및 시험평가를 지원해 제품 사업화를 뒷받침하는 등 다양한 지원정책을 추진해 청년 사업가들이 마음껏 꿈을 펼칠 수 있도록 최선을 다할 계획이다.
홍남표 시장은 “청년 사업가들의 열정과 도전정신으로 창원의 미래를 밝게 빛내주기를 바란다”며 “‘청년이 없는 도시의 미래는 없다’는 각오로 청년 사업가들이 창원특례시에서 마음껏 사업을 펼쳐 나갈 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다”고 밝혔다.
