[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 하영제 의원이 한국인터넷진흥원으로부터 제출받은 자료에 의하면, 최근 3년간 접수된 개인 침해 신고 및 상담 건수가 54만 7,479건으로 나타났다고 6일 보도자료를 통해 밝혔다.
2019년 15만 9,255건, 2020년 17만 7,457건에서 2021년 21만 767건으로 매년 가파른 증가세를 보이고 있는 것으로 확인됐다.
특히 개인정보 침해 신고 건수가 2019년 1,041건, 2020년 1,091건에서 2021년 7,844건으로 전년 대비 7.2배 급증한 것으로 확인됐다.
상담 건수는 2019년 15만 8,214건, 2020년 17만 6,366건에서 2021년 20만 2,923건이다.
이러한 개인정보 침해 신고 처리 결과는 최근 3년간 총 3,833건으로 고충해결이 2,670건으로 가장 많았고, 행정기간 이첩이 650건, 수사기관 이첩이 16건 등이었다.
