민생당 정책 연구소인 혁신과미래연구원(이하 ‘연구원’)은 지난 10월12일 오후 3시 혁신과미래연구원 간담회실(서울 영등포구 국회대로74길 20, 맨하탄21, 305호)에서 ‘여성의 정치참여와 사회에 미치는 영향’이라는 주제로 특별 간담회를 가졌었다.

전정희 전북여성교육 문화센터장은 이 간담회에서“변화를 이끌어 내기 위해 정당은 여성 정치인을 키우고, 제도개혁과 여성후보를 지원해야 하며, 기존 여성 정치참여 확대에 기여한 여성할당제, 여성 가산점, 여성 의무 공천제에 대해 검토하고 개선안을 제안하여 정치참여의 문을 넓히고, 여성의 정치세력화, 여권투표(feminist’s vote), 선거봉사, 독자 투표와 주권행사 및 선거 진출을 통해 여성 정치가 활성화 될 수 있다”고 역설했었다.
