중국 ‘법치일보(法治日報)’가 지난 17일, 한중수교 30년을 맞아 한국의 각계인사들이 한중관계가 한단계 더 높이 발전하고 향후 중국이 더욱 번영하고 흥성하기를 기원한다고 보도했다.
법치일보는 한중수교 30년간 양국관계는 비약적인 발전을 가져왔다면서 중국의 이웃 나라인 한국의 각계인사들과 많은 매체가 중국이 10년간 이룩한 위대한 성과를 높이 평가하고 있으며, 중국공산당 제20차 전국대표대회의 개최를 주목하고 있다고 보도했다.
법치일보는 또 한국은 이번 전국대표대회가 중국 향후의 거대한 발전, 더 나아가서 세계의 평화와 번영에 대한 의의가 중대하다고 보고 있으며 새로운 역사적 기점에서 한중관계의 발전을 전망하면서 한국 각계는 20차 당대회 이후 중국의 발전이 세계에 혜택을 주고, 한국을 포함한 세계 여러 나라에 새로운 발전의 기회를 가져다주며, 한중 관계가 이를 계기로 한단계 더 높은 발전을 할 수 있기를 기대하고 있다고 보도했다.
법치일보는 한국 각계는 연일 지난 10년간 중국이 이룩한 발전과 성과를 높이 평가하면서 중국경제의 비약적인 발전, 민주와 법치의 지속적인 진보, 사회문화사업의 전면적인 발전, 국제지위의 뚜렷한 향상을 실현했다고 내다보고 있고 또 한국 언론은 중국공산당 제20차 전국대표대회를 보도하면서 20차 당 대회에서 제기한 중국 발전의 새로운 구상에 깊은 관심을 가지고 한중 관계가 더욱 큰 발전을 이루기를 기원하고 있다고 밝혔다.
법치일보에 따르면 권기식 한중도시우호협회 회장은 최근 법치일보와의 인터뷰에서 “18차 당대회 이후 10년간 중국은 세계가 주목하는 발전과 성과를 거두었고, 국제적 영향력도 날로 커지고 있다”고 말하고 나서 “경제성과와 크게 향상된 국력에 힘입어 중국은 역 글로벌화의 물결 속에서 국제협력의 기치를 높이 들고 기후변화 대응, 신종 인플루엔자 국제협력 등 방면에서 중요하고도 핵심적인 역할을 발휘하고 있고 미국이 ‘미국 우선’을 고수하며 ‘좁은 울타리’를 좁히고 있는 반면에 중국은 적극적으로 인류운명공동체 건설을 추진해 세계 대다수 국가의 찬사를 받고 있다”고 평가했다.
법치일보는 중국은 한국의 최대 무역파트너이자 최대 수출시장이고 최대 투자대상국이며 중국이 어떻게 더 빨리 발전하느냐는 한국에 있어서 큰 의미가 있다면서 이것이 바로 중국공산당 제20차 전국대표대회의 개최와 향후 한중관계의 발전에 관심이 쏠리는 이유라고 밝혔다.

법치일보에 따르면 중국정부는 진정한 다자주의만이 인류 운명공동체를 실현할 수 있다고 줄곧 강조해왔다. 따라서 경제성장이 도전에 직면해 있고 중국에 대한 서방의 억제가 갈수록 심해지는 상황에서 외부에서는 중국공산당 제20차 전국대표대회에서 밝힌 인류의 운명공동체를 어떻게 구축해 인류의 아름다운 미래를 함께 창조할 것인가에 대해 특별한 관심을 보이고 있다.
권기식 회장은 20차 당 대회 이후의 중국을 전망하면서 “두번째 100년을 향해 성실히 전진할 수 있을 것”이라면서 “중국의 발전은 한반도에 있어서 위협이 아니라 유리한 요소이며, 한·중관계는 반드시 안정되고 오래 갈 것”이라고 밝혔다.
