브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 북한이 2일 동해 상으로 미상의 탄도미사일 2발을 발사했다.
이날 합동참모본부에 따르면 북한이 이날 발사한 미사일 2발 중 1발이 울릉도 쪽을 향하다 공해상으로 떨어졌다. 미사일의 속도와 고도, 사거리 등 세부 재원은 군에서 분석 중이다.
이에 따라 울릉군은 이날 오전 8시 55분 공습경보를 발령했다. 합참은 울릉군 지역주민들에게 주변 지하 대피시설로 대피할 것을 당부했다.
북한이 탄도미사일을 울릉도가 포함된 남쪽으로 발사한 것은 이번이 처음이다.
합참은 한국과 미국의 연합 공중훈련인 '비질런트 스톰'(Vigilant Storm)에 대한 반발성 도발로 해석하고 있다.
한편 북한의 미사일 도발은 올해에만 29번째다. 탄도미사일을 26차례, 순항미사일은 3차례 발사했다.
