성과중심의 일하는 조직문화 조성 추진

[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 경남도가 실제 성과를 올린 직원이 우대받을 수 있도록 건전한 조직문화를 조성하고 직원들의 사기진작을 도모하기 위해 매월 ‘이달의 성과 우수공무원’을 선발해 포상하기로 하는 등 성과중심의 일하는 조직문화 조성 추진에 나섰다.

이는 평소 업무추진에 대한 열정과 애정을 강조하는 박완수 도지사의 도정 운영 철학이 담긴 첫걸음을 내딛으며, 성과 창출을 위한 조직으로 발돋움하는 계기가 될 것으로 기대된다.
