[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 창원국가산단 2세 경영인들의 모임인 미래경영자클럽 회원 50여명이 기업애로에 관한 간담회가 7일 오후 한국산업단지공단 경남지역본부에서 열렸다.
이날 간담회는 ‘미래발전전략포럼’으로 홍남표 창원시장과 2세 경영인들과 함께 애로사항을 청취하고 소통하는 자리로 이어졌다.
이어 ‘패러다임 변화와 근로관계 리더십’을 주제로 하는 박영규 창원특례시 노사특보의 특강 등이 있었다.
2세대 경영인들은 인력 채용에 대한 지원과 국내·외 전시회 사절단 지원, 제품 계측기 교정비용 지원 등을 건의했다.
또한 대기업 폐기장비 재활용 방안에 대한 아이디어도 제시했다.
홍남표 시장은 “쉽지 않은 대내외 경영환경에서, 제조업 분야 1세대의 창업정신을 계승하는 2세대 경영인들과 만나 창원경제 발전을 위해 소탈하게 이야기를 주고받을 수 있다”며 “지금은 시와 기업이 합심해 경제 회복의 흐름을 되살릴 중요한 시기이며, 현장감 있는 정책 반영으로 기업경영을 확실히 뒷받침하도록 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
