[브레이크뉴스=정철규 기자] 진주시는 지역현안 사업 추진을 위해 경남도 5차 특별조정교부금 23건, 26억500만원을 확보했다고 22일 밝혔다.
특별조정교부금은 시군의 지역개발사업 등 시책을 추진하는 특정한 재정수요에 충당하기 위한 것으로 경남도에서 교부하는 예산이다.
시가 이번 확보한 특별조정교부금 대상사업은 영천강 둔치 친수공간 조성사업 16억원, 정촌 예하초교 옆 저류지 내 쉼터 조성사업5000만원이다.
또 문산 신촌마을 영천강 제방도로 정비공사 4000만원, 명석 추동마을 배수로 정비사업 4000만원, 미천 개심마을 농로 정비공사 3500만원 등도 포함해 총 23건이다.
조규일 진주시장은 “경남도에 사업의 필요성을 적극적으로 건의해 26억여원의 사업비를 확보하게 됐다”며“앞으로도 경남도와 긴밀히 협조해 지역 현안 사업 추진을 위해 노력하겠다”고 말했다.
