파주시광고협회는 지역사회 청소년들의 건강한 성장을 위해 파주시청소년재단에 성금 200만원을 기부했다고 밝혔다.

기부를 실천한 파주시광고협회는 현수막 지정게시대 사업 및 옥외광고물 안전점검을 파주시로부터 위탁받아 관리대행 업무를 수행하고 있는 관내 광고기업 협의체로, 37개 회원사를 보유하고 있으며 이번 기부금은 청소년성장지원금으로 청소년재단이 추진하는 청소년활동, 상담사업 등에 활용될 예정이다.
한기황 파주시광고협회 회장은 이번 기부에 “이웃사랑을 실천하는 마음으로, 청소년들이 지역사회 안에서 사랑으로 잘 성장하길 바라는 마음을 담았다”고 말했다.
이에 박준규 대표이사는 “광고협회의 소중한 마음이 청소년들에게까지 전달될 수 있도록 노력하겠다”고 화답했다.

한편 파주시청소년재단은 2022년부터 기획재정부에서 지정한 공익법인으로 기부금영수증 발행이 가능하며, 관내ㆍ외 기업과 개인으로부터 다양한 기부가 이어지고 있다.[파주=박정호 기자]
