글로벌미래포럼측은 보도자료에서 “소재학 교수는 1월 31일 서울 리버사이드 호텔에서 각계 인사 180여 명이 참석한 가운데 권성동 국회의원을 초청해 글로벌미래포럼 43회 미래비젼 콘서트와 글로벌미래선도 우수대상 시상식을 개최했다”고 전했다.
글로벌미래포럼측은 “권성동 의원 조찬세미나는 3부로 나누어 진행되었으며, 1부는 글로벌미래선도 우수대상 시상식이 진행되었고, 2부는 포럼 총재 조완규 전 교육부장관의 환영사와 포럼 회장 미래예측학자 소재학 교수의 인사말 및 내빈 소개가 진행됐다”고 소개하고 “박성중 국회의원과 이상희 전 과기부 장관의 축사와 김헌정 11대 헌법재판소 사무처장과 이윤규 경기대학교 총장의 축사 및 격려사가 진행됐다”고 설명했다.
이날 행사는 김윤곤 시인의 시낭송과 손인오 안양대 성악과 교수의 축가로 시작됐다. ROTC 중앙회 21대 박식순 회장(KS 그룹 회장)과 22대 한진우 회장(서일석유 회장)이 참석하여 권성동 의원에게 명예 ROTC 패를 수여하는 특별 행사가 진행되기도 했다.
이날 ‘글로벌미래선도 우수 대상시상식’에서는 김병준 전 교육부총리, 이상희 전 과기부장관, 허신행 전 농림수산부장관, 이영탁 전 국무조정실장, 김헌정 11대 헌법재판소 사무처장, 임충식 전 서울 중소기업청장, 오병주 전 국무총리실 차관 등 글로벌미래포럼 고문단과 자문단 주요 인사로 구성된 선정위원회의 심사를 거쳐 선정된 ‘뇌미소 링크랩(이종설 회장)’과 ‘창조이앤이(김강륜 대표)’ 두 업체가 수상의 영광을 안았다.
