국가철도공단 김한영 이사장이 지난 6일 호남선 매천교를 찾아 안전점검했다.
이날 김한영 이사장은 호남선 서대전～가수원 구간 매천교 개량공사 현장을 방문해 사업 진행상황과 중대재해 제로 달성을 위한 철저한 안전관리를 당부했다.
김 이사장은 “운행선 인접공사의 특성을 면밀히 분석해 최적의 예방대책을 시행하는 등 근로자와 열차 안전운행을 철저히 관리할 것”을 주문했다.
“노후화 등 안전에 취약한 시설을 적극 개선해 안전하고 편안한 철도환경 조성을 위해 노력해달라”고도 강조했다.
