한중도시우호협회측은 20일자 보도자료에서 “권기식 한중도시우호협회장은 20일 중국 흑룡강조선말방송 개국 60주년을 기념해 한국 대표로 축사를 보냈다. 흑룡강조선말방송은 이날 오전 개국 60주년 특집 방송에서 권 회장의 축사를 방송했다”고 밝혔다.

흑룡강조선말방송은 하얼빈에서 송출하는 한국어 라디오 방송으로 지난 1963년 2월 20일 개국해 동북 3성 조선족 문화의 중심 역할을 해왔다. 권기식 회장은 흑룡강성 인민대외우호협회 해외이사를 맡는 등 한국과 흑룡강성의 교류와 협력에 앞장서고 있다.
