충남교육청, 교권침해 학생 즉시 분리 추진

충남교육청이 교권침해 학생에 대해 즉시 분리를 추진 하는 등 2023년 교육활동 보호 기본 계획을 발표했다.

기본계획에는 도내 학교 교칙에 ‘교원 생활지도권’과 ‘교권 침해 학생 긴급조치사항’ 을 명시 하도록 했다.

충남교육청의 이같은 조치는 최근 증가하는 교육활동 침해행위에 대응하기 위한 불가피한 조치로 그동안「교원지위법」의 미비점으로 인해 교육활동 침해 사안이 발생하더라도 침해학생에 대한 신속한 조치가 어려웠다.

충남교육청은 법률 개정 전이라도 도내 모든 학교 교칙을 개정하여 교원의 생활지도권과 가해학생에 대한 긴급조치 사항을 구체적으로 명시하도록 권고한다는 방침이다.

충남교육청은 또 교육공동체 상호존중 문화 조성을 위한 노력도 지속해 나간다는 계획을 세우고, 교육과정과 연계한 교육활동 침해 예방교육을 연 2회 이상으로 강화하고, 5월 교육활동 보호 주간, 상시적인 캠페인 등을 운영할 계획이라고 밝혔다.
