충남도가 농업 현장의 청년농 육성을 위해 ‘청년 스마트팜’ 조성에 나선다.
이를 위해 충남도는 100억 원대 청년 맞춤 임대형 스마트팜 단지 2곳을 내년까지 새롭게 조성하기로 하고 공모 절차를 진행 중이라고 8일 밝혔다.
충남도가 새롭게 ‘청년 스마트팜’ 2곳 조성을 하게 되면 충남에는 지난해 공모를 통해 선정한 공주까지 합해 청년 임대 스마트팜이 3곳으로 늘어나게 된다.
충남도는 3곳의 청년 스마트팜이 조성되면 ‘젊은 충남 농업’ 기반을 넓히는 또 하나의 디딤돌이 될 것으로 기대하고 있다..
충남도가 추진하고 있는 스마트팜 조성 사업은 농업 현장 청년 유입과 청년농업인 육성 및 정착 지원, 미래 지속가능한 농업 발전을 위해 민선8기 핵심 과제로 추진하고 있다.
