[브레이크뉴스=주윤한 기자] 거창군 신원면(면장 김인수)은 22일 구인모 군수를 비롯한 관내 기관단체장과 주민 등 150여 명이 참석한 가운데 신원면 주민소통공간 신축 사업 준공식을 가졌다.
신원면 주민소통공간 신축 사업은 경상남도 ‘소통하는 읍면동 혁신 주민센터 사업’ 공모에 선정돼 민원행정을 처리하는 기존의 주민센터 공간에서 벗어나 민·관이 처음부터 함께 참여하여 주민 중심의 주민소통공간으로 청사를 재구성하는 사업이다.
도비와 군비 예산 8억 원을 들여 2022년 5월 주민소통공산 신축 공사를 시작해 면청사 내진보강공사 및 리모델링을 진행하고 지난 14일 완공한 후 이날 준공식을 개최했다.
김인수 신원면장은 “주민소통공간 신축 사업을 위해 애써주신 많은 분들께 감사하다”며 “새로운 공간에서 주민들이 더 활발히 소통해 하나된 행복한 신원면을 만들어 나가자”고 말했다.
