‘곳간에서 인심 난다’라는 속담이 있다.
텅 빈 곳간이라면 마음이 가득해도 나누어 줄 수 없지만, 가득 찬 곳간에서는 별 마음이 없어도 나누기 쉽다. 한마디로 자신이 넉넉해야 다른 사람도 도울 수 있음을 비유적으로 이르는 말이다.
지방줄기세포의 최대 장점은 많은 숫자의 줄기세포를 확보할 수 있다는 점이다.
줄기세포를 배양만 할 수 있다면 조혈모세포든 지방줄기세포든 어떤 성체줄기세포를 선택해도 상관이 없다.
그러나 줄기세포를 배양하거나 인위적으로 조작하면 안 된다. 왜냐하면 암세포로 분화하여 종양이 발생 할 수 있기 때문이다. 따라서 줄기세포를 안전하게 시술하려면 자신의 성체줄기세포를 추출, 분리해서만 시술해야 한다.
병원에서 시술하는 대표적인 성체줄기세포는 골수나 말초혈액에서 추출하는 조혈모세포와 지방줄기세포다. 조혈모세포는 추출할 수 있는 숫자가 한계가 있다. 하지만 지방줄기세포는 지방만 많다면 그만큼 많은 수의 줄기세포를 확보할 수 있다.
조혈모세포는 그 수가 적어 한 부위만 시술할 수밖에 없지만, 지방줄기세포는 ‘곳간에서 인심 난다’는 것처럼 여러 부위에 시술할 수 있다.
적용되는 질환이나 부위는 동안만들기, 탈모, 질건조증, 무릎의 퇴행성관절염, 테니스엘보와 골프엘보 , 발기력 향상, 아토피와 건선 등이 있다.
물론, 지방줄기세포도 그 수는 한계가 있어 위에서 열거한 부위에 다 시술할 수는 없다. 하지만 지방 줄기세포는 200만개~ 1,000만개를 추출할 수 있으므로 2~3 부위는 시술 할 수 있다. 따라서 어느 부위에 시술할지는 환자가 선택해야 한다.
지방줄기세포 시술시 치료되는 원리는 주입한 줄기세포가 조직의 세포로 분화되고, SVF가 모세혈관을 증가시켜 영양분과 산소를 증가하게 하며 세포 분열과 성장을 촉진시킨다.

There is a proverb that goes, “In the barn, there is generosity.”
If it's empty, you can't share even if your heart is full, but if it's full, it's easy to share even if you don't have much heart. In a word, it metaphorically means that you can help others only when you are rich.
The greatest advantage of adipose stem cells is that they can be obtained in large numbers.
As long as stem cells can be cultured, it does not matter which adult stem cells are selected, whether hematopoietic stem cells or adipose stem cells.
However, stem cells should not be cultured or artificially manipulated. This is because they can differentiate into cancer cells and cause tumors. Therefore, in order to safely treat stem cells, you must extract and separate your own adult stem cells for treatment.
Representative adult stem cells used in hospitals are hematopoietic stem cells and adipose stem cells extracted from bone marrow or peripheral blood. There is a limit to the number of hematopoietic stem cells that can be extracted. However, adipose stem cells can secure as many stem cells as long as there is a lot of fat.
Hematopoietic stem cells have only a small number, so only one area can be treated, but adipose stem cells can be treated in multiple areas, as if 'the barn is generous'.
Diseases and areas that are applied include face reduction, hair loss, vaginal dryness, degenerative arthritis of the knee, tennis elbow and golf elbow, erectile power improvement, atopy and psoriasis.
Of course, there is a limit to the number of adipose stem cells, so it is not possible to treat all of the areas listed above. However, 2 to 10 million fat stem cells can be extracted, so 2 to 3 areas can be treated. Therefore, it is up to the patient to choose which area is to be treated.
The principle of treatment during the adipose stem cell procedure is that the injected stem cells are differentiated into tissue cells, and SVF increases capillaries to increase nutrients and oxygen, and promote cell division and growth. ygb88kr@naver.com
