충남교육청이 예방중심의 자율적 감사문화 정착을 강조하고 나섰다.
충남교육청은 학교현장의 교육비리와 부정행위의 예방과 교육력 회복 지원을 위해 예방중심 감사문화 정착을 강조했다.
이를 위해 충남교육청은 도내 학교 교감과 행정실장, 감사업무 담당자 등 1600명을 대상으로 예방감사 연수를 4일~6일까지 3일간 3권역으로 나눠 운영하고 있다고 밝혔다.
이번 연수는 현장과 소통하며 반복 지적되는 분야별 감사사례와 최근 쟁점이 되는 갑질근절 예방대책을 안내하는 연수를 실시했고, 이어 청탁금지법 ,공무원행동강령 ,이해충돌방지법 ,공익신고 등 청렴 관련 주요 법령에 대한 내용을 알아보는 시간을 가졌다.
