국가철도공단이 법무행정서비스의 전면 재정비에 나선다.
10일 공단에 따르면 국민들에게 공정하고 투명한 철도서비스 제공을 위해 ▲ 법무행정의 근간인 소송사무처리규정 개정 ▲ 공정거래 자율준수 프로그램(CP) 도입 ▲ 법무정보시스템 개선 ▲ 주요 리스크 사전 발굴에 따른 예방대책 수립 등 마련에 나섰다.
앞서 공단은 소송사무처리 규정 개정은 법률고문과 수의계약 시 '수의계약 제한여부 확인서'제출을 신설해 공직자 이해충돌 방지로 업무의 공정성을 높였고, 명확한 자문료 지급상한 설정을 지난달 부터 시행중이다.
공정거래 관련 법규를 준수하기 위한 내부준법시스템인 공정거래 자율준수 프로그램(CP)을 상반기 중 도입할 계획이다.
또, 공단 내부 법무시스템인 ‘법무정보시스템’은 고객(직원)의 소리를 반영해 연말까지 업그레이드할 예정이다.
특히 법률자문 검색 기능을 개선해 의뢰부서에서 진행했던 불필요한 자문료 지급을 방지하고 소송 이전에 관련부서와 워크숍 등을 통해 경영 리스크를 선제적으로 대응한다는 계획이다.
