철도시스템분야 상생협력 간담회 열려

철도시스템분야 상생협력 간담회가 12일 열렸다.

국가철도공단 시스템본부는 이날 서울 강남구에 위치한 전기공사공제조합 회의실에서 안전과 청렴, 소통문화의 확산을 위해 상생협력 간담회를 갖고 실천에 들어갔다.

이날 간담회는 전철전력, 신호, 통신 등 철도 시스템 분야의 총 57개 협력사(시공·제조·용역)이 참석했다.

간담회에서 공단과 협력사는 ‘안전 우선, 소통하는 상생, 신뢰받는 청렴, 철도산업 혁신’의 공단 4대 핵심가치 및 2023년 주요 사업계획을 공유함과 더불어 상생협력 방안에 대해 심도 있게 논의했다.

또, 공단은 협력사의 애로사항을 경청하고 간담회에서 도출된 계약기준 등 건의사항들은 향후 개선할 수 있도록 적극 검토할 방침이다.

국가철도공단 이인희 시스템본부장은 “간담회에서 논의된 의견을 토대로 제도개선 방안을 마련하고, 협력사와 형성된 공감대를 기반으로 시스템 분야 발전을 위해 노력해 나가겠다.”고 말했다.
